Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness On the job you will handle: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
