Glazier — Mahaska County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a glazier in Mahaska County, Iowa. You will work in a shopfront glazing company. On the job you will handle: • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Replace cracked or broken window panes • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame Requirements: • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders Full-time with occasional weekends.
