Immediate opening: we are hiring a tile installer in Mahnomen County, Minnesota. You will work on a residential construction site. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines The role involves level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling; match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
