Crane operator — Hawaii County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a crane operator in Hawaii County, Hawaii. You will work at a container port and shipping yard. Day-to-day duties: • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block You should have: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • A good head for heights for tower crane work 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $23 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
