D6/D8 dozer operator — Stanley County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Stanley County, South Dakota. You will work at a land-clearing site. Requirements: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain Day-to-day duties: • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
