Quality control inspector wanted in Pratt County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Pratt County, Kansas. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Willing to work rotating and night shifts Day to day you will check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
