We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Anoka County, Minnesota. The role involves knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
