On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
