Vacancy available: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Monroe County, Iowa. You will be based in a packaging factory. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings The role involves: • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
