Furnace operator wanted in Brown County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a furnace operator in Brown County, Indiana. You will work in the melting bay of a steel foundry. You should have: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards Day-to-day duties: • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
