Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Polk County, Nebraska. The job is in a die and mould making unit. Ideal candidate: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces The role involves: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
