Lathe programmer-operator wanted in Caldwell County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Caldwell County, North Carolina. You will change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; load and index turning tools in the turret; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed. What we are looking for: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code Performance bonus on top of base pay.
