Fry cook wanted in Cochise County

Now hiring: we are hiring a fry cook in Cochise County, Arizona. On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 4+ years on the tools preferred.
