Vertical milling machine operator — Lawrence County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Lawrence County, Indiana. The job is in a die and mould making unit. You should have: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces On the job you will handle: • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing 4+ years on the tools preferred.
