On a typical shift you will tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; follow the work instruction sheet for each station; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons. Requirements: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
