PVC window fabricator — Wrexham

Join our team: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Wrexham, Wales. What we are looking for: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings Day-to-day duties: • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails Full-time, day shift. £145 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
