Join our team: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Fillmore County, Nebraska. The job is on a busy construction site. Day to day you will rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; read and interpret the load chart before every lift. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $24 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
