Refrigeration technician — Somervell County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a refrigeration technician in Somervell County, Texas. The role involves: • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays Requirements: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
