Line assembler — Sibley County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line assembler in Sibley County, Minnesota. The job is in a packaging and assembly workshop. On a typical shift you will keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Careful handling of tools and components Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
