Estate gardener — Laurel County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an estate gardener in Laurel County, Kentucky. The job is at a private estate garden. Day to day you will weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings. Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
