Cement mason — Manchester

Join our team: we are hiring a cement mason in Manchester, England. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage Your main tasks: • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
