Tower crane operator • South Tyneside, England

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tower crane operator in South Tyneside, England. The role involves watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control. What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Able to read load charts and lifting plans Rotating shifts.
