Power press operator — Marion County

Now hiring: we are hiring a power press operator in Marion County, Iowa. You will work at a busy press shop. You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards The role involves: • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits.
