In-process quality controller • Hanson County, South Dakota

Now hiring: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Hanson County, South Dakota. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. You will measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits 2+ years on the tools preferred.
