Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Highlands County, Florida. You will work at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On a typical shift you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
