Head baker wanted in Pemiscot County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Pemiscot County, Missouri. You will be based at a busy bakery. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; score the top of loaves before baking; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel.
