CNC programmer-operator wanted in Brantley County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Brantley County, Georgia. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. The role involves: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production What we are looking for: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience.
