Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Jackson County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Day to day you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; season and marinate meat on request; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain.
