Waiter — Nevada County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a waiter in Nevada County, Arkansas. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. The role involves explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar. You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Part-time with flexible hours.
