Banksman — Kachia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a banksman in Kachia, Kaduna State. Your main tasks: • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle Requirements: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Overtime paid at a premium rate.
