We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Fall River County, South Dakota. The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
