Paint booth operator — Dickens County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Dickens County, Texas. On a typical shift you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
