Vacancy available: stamping press operator (Scotland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Stirling, Scotland. You will be based at an auto components factory. On the job you will handle: • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed What we are looking for: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses Pay around £2,100 per month, based on your experience.
