Immediate opening: we are hiring a press machine operator in Caldwell Parish, Louisiana. You will work in a packaging factory. Day-to-day duties: • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
