Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform On a typical shift you will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; check back during the meal and handle special requests; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table.
