Great opportunity: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Smith County, Kansas. You will be based on a road construction project. The role involves: • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction You should have: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
