Prep cook wanted in Bibb County

Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Bibb County, Alabama. The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
