Commis chef — Otero County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Otero County, New Mexico. On a typical shift you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
