Vacancy available: electronics assembly operator (Minnesota)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an electronics assembly operator in Cass County, Minnesota. You will be based on a production line. You will pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; follow the work instruction sheet for each station; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards. You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
