Commis chef — Tishomingo County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Tishomingo County, Mississippi. You will work at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day to day you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
