Immediate opening: palletiser (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a palletiser in Ellis County, Texas. You will be based in a food packaging factory. Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail for date codes and labelling • Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 kg • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing Your main tasks: • Apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack • Seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue • Feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams • Stack and arrange goods onto pallets for dispatch • Operate the filling and sealing machine on the line • Weigh and portion products before bagging Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
