We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Green County, Kentucky. The role involves: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Full-time with occasional weekends.
