CNC mill setter-operator wanted in Macon County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Macon County, Illinois. You will be based at a busy machine shop. Day-to-day duties: • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery You should have: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
