Conventional mill operator • Zavala County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Zavala County, Texas. The job is in a CNC machining unit. Day to day you will carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts. What we are looking for: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
