Fine-dining server — Haakon County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Haakon County, South Dakota. On the job you will handle: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Clear and reset tables between covers • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Part-time with flexible hours.
