Concrete worker — Sullivan County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete worker in Sullivan County, New Hampshire. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. Day to day you will set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Rotating shifts.
