Powder coating operator wanted in Eddy County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Eddy County, New Mexico. The job is at a powder coating unit. Day-to-day duties: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
