Scullery hand wanted in Hampton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Hampton County, South Carolina. The job is in a hospital canteen. On the job you will handle: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
