Urgent requirement: we are hiring a split AC fitter in Houston County, Alabama. Ideal candidate: • Can read electrical and piping schematics • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage On the job you will handle: • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
