Plasterer — Becker County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a plasterer in Becker County, Minnesota. You will be based in a refurbishment property. Day-to-day duties: • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
